The project has been registered with MahaRERA Reg. No. Cluster VI: P99000046231 and is available on website https://maharera.maharashtra.gov.in under registered projects. 

The project is mortgaged to ICICI Bank Ltd and NOC from ICICI Bank Ltd shall be provided for sale of the flats in the project. This scheme is applicable for Tower 34 & 39 in Cluster 6 only.
